For the lessons of Health we had to make an logbook for one week. I kept my thoughts day by day and noted it for this assignment. I noticed that I became very stressed and busy in my head about some things. Not only because of school but also in private.

FRI. DAY 1:    ”Glad that the weekend has begon. I am so tired of following that English course past week from 18:30 till 20:30 (home at 22:00)”

SAT. DAY 2:   ”Gladly I was allowed to leave early at work,
I hope I‘m not to late for the birthday party of my nephew”

SUN. DAY 3:   ”FINALLY, tomorrow I will be home early”

MON. DAY 4:   ”So much to do for school, so little time”

TUE. DAY 5:   ”I know it for sure, i’m going to move out of my studentroom and move to my parents. The debts are getting to high..”

WEN. DAY 6:   ”I’m hungry and I already eat all of my food”

THU. DAY 7:    ”I have to make time for myself. My social life and school takes a lot of time and energie of me”
